We, Lene and Anders, took over the hotel in September 2024 and have put all our heart and soul into creating a cozy family hotel in Itter. Hotel Edelweiss is our 20-year-old dream, made a reality.

The hotel is not just our work, but our home. We run Edelweiss with our heart first, with a focus on presence, warmth and hospitality.

We will do everything we can to give you a holiday filled with coziness, presence and good times when you stay with us. We also hope that you will help create memories with us – with smiles on your faces and room for the small, unexpected experiences that make the holiday very special.
